     Aromatherapy is an alternative therapy that uses essential oils to promote physical and emotional well-being. Essential oils are extracted from plants, flowers, and herbs and are believed to have medicinal properties. Aromatherapy can be used to treat a wide range of conditions, including stress, anxiety, insomnia, various health conditions as well as acute (injury) and chronic (disease) pain.

     Aromatherapy can also be useful in helping clients who are dealing with suppressed or blocked emotions. With consistent use of the oils as well as compassionate emotional self-assessment, clients can begin to release years of suppressed and pent-up emotions. Essential oil blends also work well with the Vitality Movement Method by facilitating the flow of life within. 

I work with many people who are looking to come to a deeper understanding of themselves and the underlying issues they are struggling with. (Known and unknown) 

    The only person that can improve your health is YOU. You have to come to the understanding and awareness, you have to do the work, you have to WANT to heal....  Get out of the "conventional medicine" box and focus on yourself as a WHOLE.
