Lost your sense of smell?

Here is some awesome info!!!! Dr Christy Risinger MD has this video on Youtube! Check it out! Essential oils are SO AMAZING!!

Here is the JAMA article link:

Just remember, you must use NATURAL OILS!! DO NOT USE synthetics!! (What you find at Walmart or GNC, etc!) Synthetic oils are usually cheap and are mainly CHEMICALS! Chemicals can harm your mucus membranes and irritate your lungs. Its important that you use organic/all natural oils.

Clove, Lemon and Eucalyptus are relatively inexpensive, Rose oil is VERY PRICEY ($200) but also carries the HIGHEST FREQUENCY of all the oils! (320Hz) this is an amazing oil to help you raise your body frequency which will help foster a healthy immune system! There are several oil BLENDS that contain Rose oil and are a cheaper alternative. (Joy is a great option.)

Mike and I have been dealing with COVID for the last week. Our daily routine (on any given day) consists of Immune boosting supplements: Vitamin C (3000-5000mg daily) Vitamin D & K 5000U, Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium, B Complex, Nitric Oxide, Omega 3, and Amino Acids.

We also use essential oils daily. Actually several times throughout the day. Mike originally tested positive and I developed symptoms a few days later. We are now on the post side of this and have found that the loss of smell was the most annoying symptom. We have been using these specific oils for Olfactory resetting and have found it to be truly EFFECTIVE! It does take consistent use.

Oils we use daily TOPICALLY to enhance to immune systems: Cedarwood, Grapefruit, Thieves, Frankincense, Longevity, Cypress, Joy and RC.

Oils we DIFFUSE daily in the house and ALL NIGHT while we sleep: RC, Eucalyptus, Thieves, Clove, Frankincense, Longevity and Lemon.

Oils I drink daily to enhance optimal liver function and lymphatic response: Lemon, Lime, Thieves, peppermint, and Digize. (I use the citrus oils in my water bottles and the hotter oils in my tea.)
